The purpose of the conference is to:

*Celebrate the Victories of the Survivor

*Address the Mental, Physical, Emotional and Spiritual aspect of survival.

- These three all work together.

*Give you tips to find and maintain the survivor in you.

Mo' Bounce - It's not your curves or what's going on outside that will give you staying power...it's your inside and how you can bounce back. While education is a critical first step, many outstanding girls will also need the skills to manage conflict, the ability to listen to criticism,the grace to own mistakes and the resilience to respond when things don’t go as planned. It is this internal resume that we will discuss building in this workshop.

 

Please Note: The two-part youth session will run concurrent with the women's session. Includes lunch.
